ASCII Tools v.3 is now available for download at www.pcwking.freeserve.co.uk - see the Download section. CP/M plus only.
ASCII tools is a set of tools that can modify and deal with ASCII files (texts, source codes, Fortran, C, Assembly, TP, etc) that are larger than 64k. They might also be useful if you transfer ASCII files from Windows to CPC.
