"how can i load dsk games?" See my post at amstrad.proboards7.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&n=1&thread=156"when i try to load games in dsk, the ones i can find more in the net,(i just find a few cartridges..), nothing appears , nothing happens.." Cartridge games load automatically, but dsk (disk/diskette) games are not cartridges. Instead they are full images of CPC diskettes. So the procedure described in the above link must be followed. "im only being able to load games in this emulator, winAPE32, if i load cartridges, " Also note that cartridge games can be played only on the CPC+ machines (also known as Amstrad Plus machines). WinAPE32 emulates those machines, while Caprice32 does not and that's why they have different startup screens - they emulate different models. ALL models however can play DISK games, and therefore you can use any CPC emulator for playing thousands of disk games. Also note that before you are able to load a disk game in WinAPE32, with the procedure described in the above link, you must press the KEYPAD 1 key at the right-hand side of your keyboard. NOT the real F1 key on your PC. Have fun!

Ups ! I rather forgot to mention that WinAPE32 has a feature where every key has a different use if the NUM-LOCK key is on or off. Try pressing Num-LOCK once, and then every time WinAPE32 starts or is reset keypad 1 should work!
